Evolving Culture Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 in Pune, focused on building and supporting creative culture in India.
ECF is committed to creating a cultural impact by engaging the public through innovative experiences with programming dedicated to cross-disciplinary thinking and cultural endeavors. ECF challenges existing social contexts through art-making, critical dialogue, and new pedagogical formats.
The Foundation’s ethos of cultural evolution manifests through experimentation and thinking collectively about approaches of visualizing a 21st-century India.
Evolving Culture Foundation is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2017.

LEADERSHIP
TRISHLA TALERA
Trishla Talera is the founder of TIFA Working Studios, a multi-disciplinary platform for Creativity and Culture in India. She has developed a space to support creative, innovative and critical practices through international residencies and mentorship programmes. She graduated with a BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and went on to work as a creative director for Sthayi Design.
Trishla Talera has spoken at TransCultural Exchange’s International Conference: Opportunities in the Arts: Expanding Worlds in Boston (2016), Confederation of Indian Industries IWN Conference: Urja | Future Shapes in Pune (2019), Avid Learning and FICCI Conference: Art Orchestrators in Mumbai (2019). She has been awarded the Art Think South Asia (ATSA) fellowship in 2018, the CIMAM Conference: Getty Foundation Grant 2018, Stockholm and was invited to participate in the Culture du monde, programme, Paris hosted by the Ministry of Culture France in 2019
ROSHAN TALERA
Roshan Talera is a Director of TIFA Working Studios. Roshan is an entrepreneur from Babson College. He has taken numerous courses in art and his interest lies in public and street art and their unique ways of stimulating public imagination. He facilitates exposure to contemporary art for the youth through regular presentations at schools and colleges across Pune. He has been the chair of the organization Young Indians Pune by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). Roshan also works to develop networks in the broader Asian region with Government and non-Governmental actors to build lasting artistic and cultural exchange.
