Aditi, a multidisciplinary artist based in Pune. She has been exploring new media through her installations, film/videos and photography. As an artist, she is working in a wide range of mediums and works with a variety of subject matters.
Aditi received the British Council Fellowship-Charles Wallace India Trust Awardee- for Research Residency at Spike Island Bristol, 2009 and the French Embassy Travel Grant. (2010).
Aditi has also participated in various international residencies, film-video festivals, museums, workshops and shows. She was a resident at Triangle Workshop, Zambia. New Media AMALA Workshop, Egypt, Braziers Residency, UK, KYTA Film Residency etc. She was top twenty finalists for The Skoda Prize 2012, National Gallery of Modern Art Delhi, SOLO Show+ Residency at Seven Art Gallery Delhi.
Her video works have also been showcased at Festival of Independents, Amsterdam, Festival Miden, Instant Video-France, VideoAkt International-Video art Biennial, Espacio Enter-TEA Tenerife Space for the Arts, Spain, Video Guerrilla, Brazil, Third Eye- 6th Asian Film Festival, Mumbai, MIFF-2004,24th Biennale’ Alexandria at Atelier’, Egypt. Now&After, Moscow Museum., Time is Love.6- show 7 at TEA Museum, film/video art Festival of Images Contre, P-Silo France; Streaming Festival, Hague, Festival Tous Courts,.BOX Milan.
She has also curated video art screenings and showcased at Video Art Network, Lagos, Belgrade Art Fair, Studio 21, Kolkata, 2nd Little Cinema, International Experimental Film and Video Festival, Kolkata etc.
