Kaushal Sapre lives and works in New Delhi. His primary areas of interest include the social function of art, the epistemological divide between the sciences and the arts and the dialectic between theory and practice. His work involves engaging with diverse knowledge systems, media and practices and bringing them together through forms such as installations, sound based works and texts among others. 

Kaushal completed an MSc in physics and a BE in chemical engineering from BITS Pilani Goa Campus after which he pursued an MA in visual art in Ambedkar University Delhi.
