Shraddha Borawake is an artist born and brought up in Pune, Maharashtra. An interdisciplinary visual artist whose work is based in facilitating and participating in cross- platform collaborations and interventions. She has a BA from New York University and a MFA from Piet Zwart Institute. Shraddha has been awarded numerous international honors, scholarships & fellowship opportunities. Her core interest lies in co-creation, catalyzing new realities and sharing the experience of art as a collective and spiritual activity. Some of the bodies she has worked/collaborated with include the International Center of Photography, Creative Time New York, Union Docs Brooklyn, DUMBO Arts Festival, Museum of Art and Design NYC, Khoj International Artists’ Association, Diaspora Cultural Vibe MIAMI, Bamboo Curtain Studio- Taiwan, and the Witte De With Center of Contemporary Art in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Shraddha’s artistic practice is currently based between India and Europe.
