Utsa Hazarika is a sound and video artist with an MPhil in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, and a BSc in Philosophy from the London School of Economics (LSE). In 2015, she was a PEERS artist-in-residence at Khoj International Artists’ Association, in New Delhi, India.
