Vandana Khare is a theatre person, activist and vocal feminist. She translated and adapted Eve Ensler’s play Vagina Monologues into Marathi, and acted and directed this adaptation ‘Yonichya Manichya Gujgoshti’ for several years, to critical acclaim. She has worked extensively for the cause of gender equality in urban and rural India for several decades.
